However, the 2023 model year also sees the Sportage arrive with new hybrid and plug-in hybrid models near Newark. These will see the addition of the powerful turbo hybrid engine, which is expected to produce 226 horsepower. Combine this with sharp handling and a comfortable ride, and you have yourself a lovely SUV with all the power you need.

Interior & Technology

The 2023 Kia Sportage has more room for passengers in the rear seats due to its larger size. This setup combines the central infotainment system and the instrument cluster for a streamlined experience. A wireless device charger, a 360-degree camera system, and capability for five devices to connect to its 4G LTE-based internet are all new as well.
