Details of what makes this All-New Kia Service
& Parts Center Facility state-of-the-art:
There are 12 total lifts, including the Alignment Machine, 4 of which are extra-weight capacity to accommodate Electric Vehicles. The Service Shop Area is Fully Heated AND Air-Conditioned. The Service Shop also features some of the most advanced tools & equipment for Gas, Hybrid, & Electric Kia Vehicles. Highlights of the shop equipment includes Built-In Tool Boxes, EV-work benches with Wood Counter Tops to work on magnetized EV components, EV Chargers in the work stalls, overhead hoses above each stall containing Washer Fluid, Compressed Air, and two grades of Synthetic Oil - the distribution of which is computerized for exact measurements of engine-oil refills. Overhead Exhaust fan connections. The latest and most advanced Tire mounting and road-force balancing machines, on and off-car brake lathe machines, and a laser-alignment and tire tread-depth reading machine in our drive-through customer vehicle drop off area - giving immediate readings upon vehicle drop off. Additionally, we have an automated car wash machine on the backside of the building - which is the newest version of a car wash we have used in one of our other service departments for over 8 years and 150,000 car washes.
We are pleased to have this new facility at this location next door to our Delaware Cadillac Body Shop, and just down the road from the new Barley Mill Shopping plaza. We have two ultimate goals with this new facility - 1. To continue to attract and retain the best talent - as outlined in our Business Principles, and 2. To attract and retain the business of the many Kia vehicle owners in our market.
This all new building is exclusively for our Kia Service and Parts, located at 3400 Lancaster Pike, Wilmington, De 19805. Our Kia Showroom remains at the 1603 Pennsylvania Avenue location for all New and Pre-Owned Kia vehicle purchases.
