Before you visit, or even if you're planning a do-it-yourself job, it'll be a good idea to get in the know regarding your Kia vehicle's recommended maintenance schedule, as service needs can vary by model, model year, and equipment. But you'll be glad to learn that a few general standards are a safe bet. Keep the following intervals in mind, and your new Kia should remain up to speed and ready for the road for many years and miles to come.

  • Have your oil changed every 3,750 miles or so. It's key to an engine free of contaminants and operating smoothly and efficiently.
  • Take advantage of our Minor Service program about every 7,500 miles or 3 months. We'll flush and replace your engine oil, change your oil filter, check and fill fluids, and do a quick inspection.
  • Undergo our Minor Service II program every 7.5 months or thereabouts. This includes minor service, plus, we'll rotate and properly pressurize your tires.
  • Have our Intermediate Service I group performed every 15,000 miles or about every 15 months. Services include those of the second minor service, and also, we'll replace your cabin filter, inspect and clean your brake pads and discs, and perform a final inspection.
  • Our Major Service I program is a good idea about every 30,000 miles or 30 months. Intermediate services are included, and moreover, we'll replace your fuel filter and wiper blades if needed, check brake, transmission, and differential fluids, inspect your belts and bearings and do an overall inspection.
  • Every 60,000, 90,000, or 120,000 miles, or approximately every 30 months, avail yourself of our Major Service II program. It incorporates previous service levels, plus spark plug replacement and a comprehensive inspection.
  • Last but not least, have your vehicle's timing belt serviced as recommended.

Of course, you can also look forward to a complimentary multipoint safety inspection every visit, where we'll:

  • Check your coolant
  • Inspect and top off your fluids
  • Review your tires for wear and overall condition
  • Examine your windshield wipers
  • Take a look at your brakes and components, radiator, battery, fuel lines, hoses, filters, caps, and other connections
  • Determine the condition of your exhaust system, transmission, suspension, lighting, and more
